In May 2018, Born Free USA welcomed three new residents to our Primate Sanctuary in south Texas: Creed, Oscar, and Dawkins. At our Sanctuary, Creed, Oscar, and Dawkins will have the chance to live a life as close as possible to that in the wild; a life that is rich with opportunities to explore nature, play, move, forage, and socialize. As these three primates settle into Sanctuary life and continue to adjust to their new home, they will need a larger, permanent enclosure, which will allow them to live alongside the Sanctuary’s other rhesus macaques. Born Free USA has launched a crowdfunding campaign to raise funds for this project!
