Nebraska County Prohibits Wildlife Trapping

Earlier this week, Nebraska’s Scotts Bluff County Commissioners adopted a resolution that will prevent trapping wildlife on County road right–of–ways. The Scotts Bluff County Sheriff says that Nebraska Game and Parks wanted this resolution to keep Nebraska county enforcement consistent. The state has already prohibited shooting wildlife on County road right-of-ways and any highway or roadway, and trapping is prohibited in other counties, as well. This resolution will also help prevent family pets from getting accidentally trapped.
