HB 3315 Would Gut the Current Trapping Law [2012]

Bill description: This bill would allow wildlife management agencies or divisions to use all currently restricted and prohibited traps (legholds, Conibears, snares) for health and safety threats without going through the existing permitting process and allow the agencies/divisions to use the prohibited traps during all established recreational trapping seasons.
