Patrons of a strip mall found a 4-foot crocodile wandering around with the mouth taped shut. The reptile was apparently abandoned in front of a pet store in the mall inside of plastic tub from which the animal managed to escape. Police were called and turned over to the CA Fish and Wildlife.
