A 2-year-old boy was injured at the Petting Kraal in the San Diego Zoo’s Wild Animal Park. The boy fell, was taken to the first aid station, and then by helicopter to Children’s Hospital. Petting Kraal workers were unsure if the boy’s injuries were caused by an animal.
