Japan, Under Pressure, Suspends Whale Hunt

Published 02/16/11
By MSNBC.com

Japan has halted the hunt since Feb. 10 after persistent "violent" disruptions by the anti-whaling protesters, said fisheries agency official Tatsuya Nakaoku.
