Update: Gov. C.L. "Butch" Otter signed the bill into law on April 3, 2012.
Bill description: This bill amends existing law relating to the control of depredation of wolves to provide that within a specified time period of livestock or domestic animals being molested or attacked, the owner and their employees and agents may control the wolf or wolves from a motorized vehicle at any time of the day or night.
