Summary: Phillip, a Jack Russell terrier, and another terrier were being walked by Scott Slocum when Phillip was caught by a conibear trap that was hidden in marsh grass. Phillip died within a few minutes of being caught, before Mr. Slocum had a chance to try and free him.
